Amplifiers
- VOX AC30 1966 non top-boost.
A great sound, but unfortunately unrecordable within
the confines of an urban flat. It gets used for live
gigs or practices.
- Pignose battery amp.
Responsible for all guitar tones on "Puppy Dog", and
most on "Capetown Girl"
- VOX Escort Mains/Battery amp.
Not yet used for recording, but a good clean sound,
and may be used as an alternative to the J-station.
- Johnson J-Station.
Responsible for nearly all guitar and bass on the album.
Usually on the "tweed" (Fender Bassman), "blackface" (Fender Twin),
"Brit Combo" (Vox AC30), but with some use of the Johnson settings,
and Bass recorded on the "Modern" setting.
